pumpkin almond energy bites

These pumpkin energy bites are so delicious. I decided to make these energy bites as a fun fall treat. These energy bites are great for a quick breakfast when your in a hurry, or an after school snack.
ingredients:
2 cups of oats
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup of peanut butter (you can use any type of nut butter you have)
1/4 cup of honey
1 tsp of almond extract (if you have an almond allergy you can use vanilla extract instead)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
instructions:
first, mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
then, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a little bite.
